综合医院急诊科建筑功能单元模块化研究

Research on Modularization of Building Functional Units in Emergency Department of General Hospital

为探讨基于医疗流程的综合医院急诊科设计,从急诊科医疗工艺流程、内部功能空间构成、交通流线和急诊科与其他医疗部门的联系入手,研究了我国综合医院急诊科的现状,并将急诊科建筑功能空间进行模块化单元划分,建立了急诊科建筑功能单元模块化体系,明确了急诊科建筑功能单元模块化体系的组合策略和模块化设计思路,提出了不同空间组合策略下的急诊科模块化设计模型。

In order to discuss the design of emergency department of general hospital based on medical process,the present situation of emergency department of general hospital in China was studied from the perspective of medical process flow,internal functional space composition,traffic flow and the connection between emergency department and other medical departments.The functional space of the emergency department building was divided into modular units,the modular system of the emergency department building functional unit was established,and the combination strategy and modular design ideas of the emergency department building functional unit modular system were clarified.A modular design model of emergency department under different spatial combination strategies was proposed.
