当前制造业正面临着国际贸易保护主义、产业发展新形势和新冠疫情等多重压力,产业链具有较大不确定性风险。在双循环背景下,积极重塑制造业竞争优势,对于地方经济的高质量发展至为关键。基于安徽省制造业产业结构不均衡、竞争优势不明显的现状,必须把握机遇、化危为机,破除安徽制造业产业链现代化提升过程中的困境,依据产业链现代化理论内涵,探讨如何塑造创新、高端、安全、顺畅、绿色的安徽制造业产业链,由此阐述了创新驱动夯实产业链基础、价值引领塑造竞争优势、强链补链化解断链风险、产业协同实施可持续发展等路径选择的建议。

At present,the manufacturing industry is facing multiple pressures,such as international trade protectionism,new developments in industrial development,and the COVID-19 pandemic,and the industrial chain is at great risk of uncertainty.Under the background of double circulation,it is crucial to reconstruct the competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry actively for the high-quality development of the local economy.Based on the current situation of unbalanced manufacturing industry structure and unobvious competitive advantages in Anhui Province,it is necessary to grasp the opportunity,turn crisis into opportunity,and break the dilemma in the process of modernizing and improving the manufacturing industry chain in Anhui.Based on the theoretical connotation of industrial chain modernization,this study discusses how to shape an innovative,high-end,safe,smooth and green manufacturing industry chain in Anhui Province,and thus elaborates the suggestions on the path options such as innovation-driven consolidation of industrial chain foundation,value-led shaping of competitive advantage,strong chain replenishment to solve the risk of a broken chain,and industrial coordination to implement sustainable development.
