Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,online litigation is still an important way to give consideration to civil dispute resolution and epidemic prevention and control.In terms of judicial positioning,civil online litigation is independent and can show its unique value.However,the operation of online litigation in judicial practice still encounters some difficulties,such as its own shortcomings,online litigation rules and platform deficiencies,so it is necessary to review it.In order to give better play to the function of online litigation to improve judicial efficiency and help prevent and control the epidemic,we should continue to improve China′s civil online litigation rules in the post-epidemic era through a series of technical means and regulatory measures,strengthen the construction of online litigation platform,and strive to overcome the inherent defects of online litigation.In the future,we should comply with the trend of judicial informatization and intelligence,reduce the adverse impact of technology on judicial justice,and make online litigation develop steadily on the basis of responding to practical needs.
