自吸过滤式口罩泄漏性检测系统的确认与验证实验研究

Validation and verification experimental research on the leakage test system of self-priming filter masks

文章对江苏省市场监管重点实验室自行设计建立的自吸过滤式口罩泄漏性测试系统相关模块进行介绍,制定对应的测试方法,对选定的两款不同过滤元件口罩样品分别进行稳定性和准确性验证实验,通过对实验数据的相对标准偏差和En值进行统计分析,确定该实验室自吸过滤式口罩泄漏性测试系统具有良好的稳定性和准确性。

This paper introduces the relevant modules of the self-priming filter mask leakage test system designed and established by the Key Laboratory of Market Regulation of Jiangsu Province, and establishes the corresponding test methods, and carries out the stability and accuracy verification tests on the selected two masks with different filter elements respectively. Statistical analysis of the relative standard deviation and En value of the test data confirms that the laboratory’s self-priming filter mask leakage test system has good stability and accuracy.
