益生菌抗菌产品耐洗性能的影响因素及提升策略研究

Study on the factors affecting the washability of probiotic antibacterial products and its improvement strategy

文章以益生菌抗菌家纺产品为研究对象,排查影响益生菌抗菌产品耐洗性能的因素,针对黏合剂的最佳浓度、保压时间、负压压力、烘干整理温度等关键因素进行试验分析,得到最佳工艺参数,以提高产品的耐水洗性能和产品质量。

Taking probiotic antibacterial home textile products as the research object, this paper investigates the factors that affect the washability of probiotic antibacterial products, tests and analyzes the key factors such as the optimal concentration of adhesive, pressure holding time, negative pressure, drying and finishing temperature, and obtains the optimal process parameters, in order to improve the washability and quality of the products.
