摘要
Lyocell纤维具有较高的应用价值和环境价值,其流变行为研究为Lyocell纤维的生产加工提供了重要的科学指导。文章围绕Lyocell纤维素原液的稳态流变特性进行分析,得到了该溶液在不同温度下的零剪切黏度、黏流活化能、非牛顿指数以及结构黏度指数,回归出准确的关联温度和剪切速率的黏度方程。结果表明:该溶液是假塑性非牛顿流体,随着温度升高,表观黏度降低,分子链的松弛时间和结构黏度指数减小,分子链的活动能力增强,可纺性增强。
Lyocell fiber has high application value and environmental value, and its rheology behavior research provides important scientific guidance for the production and processing of Lyocell fiber. This paper analyzes the steady-state rheology properties of Lyocell cellulose stock solution, obtains the zero-shear viscosity, viscous flow activation energy,non-Newtonian index and structural viscosity index of the solution at different temperatures, and an accurate viscosity equation considered temperature and shear rate is regressed. The results show that the solution is a pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid, with the increase of temperature, the apparent viscosity, relaxation time and the structural viscosity index of molecular chains are decreased, and the mobility and spinning ability of molecular chains are enhanced.
