丝素蛋白材料的结构色图案研究

摘要 光与微结构相互作用产生的颜色称为结构色,因具有独特的光学性质,应用潜力较大,而图案化为结构色的应用提供了更多的可能。文章首先从产生结构色的结构系统介绍结构色的产生机理;其次列举了目前结构色图案的制备策略;再次概述了丝素蛋白作为一种可用于高性能光学器件的生物相容性材料在结构色图案领域的应用,得出丝素蛋白结构色图案材料的发展将带动结构色在生物医学检测和传感领域的广泛应用;最后总结了目前研究丝素蛋白结构色图案面临的挑战,并展望该领域未来的研究方向。 The color generated by the interaction between light and microstructure is called structural color. Because of its unique optical properties, it has great potential for application, and its patterning provides more possibilities for the application of structural color. Firstly, the generation mechanism of structural color is introduced from the structure system of structural color;secondly, the preparation strategies of structural color patterns are listed;then the application of fibroin as a biocompatible material for high-performance optical devices in the field of structural color pattern is reviewed again, it is concluded that the development of fibroin structural color pattern material will drive the extensive application of structural color in biomedical detection and sensing fields;finally, the challenges faced by the current research on fibroin structural color patterns are summarized, and the future research directions in this field are prospected.
