摘要
具有“导湿排汗”功能织物在运动、防护、工业等领域的应用越来越广泛。在梳理文献的基础上,文章阐述了织物导湿排汗的传递机理,分析了织物导湿排汗的影响因素,总结了织物导湿排汗功能的实现可以从纤维改性、纱线结构、织物结构及染整后整理加工等方面进行设计,以提高织物对汗液的润湿、芯吸、扩散、蒸发效果,为进一步研发设计“导湿排汗”功能织物提供思路。
Fabrics with the function of “moisture transmission and perspiration elimination” are more and more widely used in sports, protection, industry and other fields. On the basis of literature review, this paper expounds the transmission mechanism of fabric moisture transmission and perspiration elimination, analyzes the influencing factors of fabric moisture transmission and perspiration elimination, and summarizes that the realization of fabric moisture transmission and perspiration elimination can be designed from the aspects of fiber modification, yarn structure, fabric structure, finishing and processing after dyeing and finishing, so as to improve the fabric’s wetting, wicking, diffusion and evaporation effects on sweat, and provides ideas for further research and design of “moisture transmission and perspiration elimination” functional fabric.
