摘要 企业之间的竞争不仅是产品的竞争,更是人才的竞争。随着服装行业的竞争日趋激烈,社会对服装专业人才的需求量也不断增长,尤其对技术型人才、技能型人才、复合型人才的需求量更大,这就需要高校以社会需求为导向,培养更多满足服装产业需要的人才。当前,本科院校面临着人才培养数量不足、与市场经济需求脱节等问题,使服装产业的发展陷入了人才匮乏的困境。因此,文章探讨了本科院校服装专业人才培养策略,以期推动服装产业发展。 The competition between enterprises is not only the competition of products, but also the competition of talents.With the increasingly fierce competition in the clothing industry, the demand of the society for clothing specialty talents is also growing, especially for technical talents, skilled talents and compound talents, which requires colleges and universities to cultivate more talents to meet the needs of the clothing industry based on social needs. At present, undergraduate colleges are faced with the problem of insufficient number of talents and disconnection from the market economy demand, which makes the development of the clothing industry fall into the predicament of lack of talents. Therefore, this paper discusses the training strategies of clothing specialty in undergraduate colleges in order to promote the development of the clothing industry.
