Three Dimensional Interpretation of Promoting Common Prosperity with High-quality:Logical Approach,Theoretical Implication and Value Implication

实现全体人民共同富裕是马克思主义政治经济学的价值追求。从马克思主义政治经济学角度看,共同富裕既是生产力问题,又是生产关系问题。文章基于马克思主义政治经济学分析范式,对高质量推进共同富裕的逻辑进路、理论蕴涵与价值意蕴进行深入研究,呈现出“为何要共同富裕、何为共同富裕、共同富裕价值何在”的逻辑理路。研究认为,理论渊源、历史传承、现实审视是构成逻辑进路的三个维度。高质量推进共同富裕是包括内涵特征、基本原则、实践路径在内的完整科学体系,坚持和创新了马克思主义经典作家的有关共同富裕思想,为新时代共同富裕实践提供基本遵循,为解决世界性贫富差距难题提供中国智慧和中国方案。

To realize the common prosperity of all people is the value pursuit of Marxist political economy.From the perspective of Marxist political economy,common prosperity is not only a problem of productivity,but also a problem of production relations.Based on the analytical paradigm of Marxist political economy,this paper makes an in-depth study on the logical approach,theoretical implication and value implication of high-quality promotion of common prosperity,and presents a logical way of"why common prosperity,what is co-mmon prosperity,and what is the value of common prosperity".The study believes that theoretical origin,historical inheritance and realistic examination are the three dimensions that constitute the logical approach.Promoting common prosperity with high quality is a complete scientific system including connotation characteristics,basic principles and practice paths.It adheres to and innovates the common prosperity thought of Marxist classic writers,provides basic guidelines for the practice of common prosperity in the new era,and provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for solving the global problem of the gap between the rich and the poor.
