中国数字贸易发展水平测度及创新发展策略研究

Research on the Development Level Measurement and Innovative Development Strategy of China's Digital Trade

文章从基础支撑、技术水平、总体收入、贸易潜力4个维度构建指标体系,采用熵值法、空间自相关法与空间计量模型,对2011—2020年中国31个省份的数字贸易发展水平及空间效应进行分析。结果表明:研究期内中国数字贸易发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但各区域与各省域间存在较大差距,其中东南沿海地区省域数字贸易发展水平明显高于西北地区内陆省域;中国数字贸易在全域与局域方面的空间关联效应均较为显著,全域方面空间正向关系逐渐增强,局域方面从东南向西北梯度递减;中国数字贸易发展水平受科研投入、信息技术、基础设施与经济发展水平的影响,呈现出显著空间溢出效应。因此,需要协同建立区域数字贸易发展联动机制,全方位增加数字贸易发展科研投入,着力完善数字贸易基础设施价值链,整体推进数字贸易创新发展。

This paper constructs an index system from four dimensions:basic support,technical level,overall income and trade potential,and uses the entropy method,spatial autocorrelation method and spatial econometric model to analyze the development level and spatial effects of digital trade in 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020.The results show that the overall development level of digital trade in China shows an upward trend during the study period,but there is a large gap between various regions and provinces,among which the development level of digital trade in the southeast coastal area is significantly higher than that of the northwest inland provinces.The spatial correlation effect of China's digital trade in terms of global and local areas is more significant,the spatial positive relationship in the global aspect is gradually enhanced,and the gradient of the local aspect is decreasing from southeast to northwest.The development level of china's digital trade is affected by scientific research investment,information technology,infrastructure and economic development level,showing a significant spatial spillover effect.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the establishment of a regional digital trade development linkage mechanism,increase investment in digital trade development in an all-round way,focus on improving the digital trade infrastructure value chain,and promote the innovation and development of overall digital trade.
