摘要
目的:了解拉萨市健康人群尿肌酐和尿比重水平,探究尿肌酐和尿比重在不同性别和年龄人群中的分布情况,探讨以尿比重推算尿肌酐的可行性。方法:2017年采用分层整群随机抽样法,在拉萨市采集健康人群144份晨尿样本,采用苦味酸比色法检测尿肌酐,采用分析试纸法检测尿比重。两独立样本的比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验,多个独立样本的比较采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验。结果:拉萨市健康人群尿肌酐含量几何均数、P95分别为0.922 g/L、2.005 g/L,男性尿肌酐水平高于女性,学龄前及学龄儿童尿肌酐水平低于青春期和成年人群,差异有统计学意义(Z/χ^(2)值分别为-3.745和7.623,P值均<0.05)。尿比重含量几何均数、P95分别为1.021 g/L、1.030 g/L,不同性别和年龄人群间尿比重含量,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。尿肌酐与尿比重之间存在相关性(R=0.303,P<0.01)。结论:拉萨市健康人群中,以尿比重推算尿肌酐水平具有一定可行性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the levels of urinary creatinine and urinary specific gravity in normal people in Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous region,to explore the distribution of urinary creatinine and urinary specific gravity in different genders and ages,and to study the feasibility of calculating urinary creatinine by urinary specific gravity.METHODS By using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,144 morning urine samples of healthy people were collected,urinary creatinine was detected by picric acid colorimetry,and urine specific gravity was detected by analytical test paper method.The Mann-Whitney U test was used for the comparison of two independent samples,and the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for the comparison of multiple independent samples.RESULTS The geometric mean and 95%digits of urinary creatinine in healthy people in Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous region were 0.922g/L and 2.005 g/L,respectively,and there were statistical differences between sex and age(P<0.05).The geometric mean and 95%digits of urinary specific gravity were 1.021 g/L and 1.030 g/L,respectively,and there was no significant difference between sex and age(P>0.05).The level of urinary creatinine in male was higher than that in female,preschool and school-age children was lower than that in adolescence and adult population(R=0.303,P<0.01).CONCLUSION In healthy population in Lhasa,it is feasible to calculate urinary creatinine level by urine specific gravity.
