社区综合康复训练对老年帕金森病患者认知、运动功能的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Training on Cognitive Function and Motor Function in Elderly Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

目的:探讨社区综合康复训练对老年帕金森病患者认知、运动功能的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月上海市静安区江宁路街道社区卫生服务中心收治的老年帕金森病患者98例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组:给予患者常规药物治疗;观察组:常规药物治疗同对照组,并给予患者社区综合康复训练。治疗12周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者帕金森生活质量评定量表评分较治疗前下降幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.654,P<0.05);肢体运动功能量表评分、伯格平衡量表评分和蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分较治疗前升高幅度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为16.998、15.358、6.785,P值均<0.05)。结论:社区综合康复训练可以显著改善老年帕金森病患者的认知和运动功能,从而改善患者的生活质量,值得在基层医疗卫生机构中推广和应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of rehabilitation training on cognitive function and motor function in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease.METHODS 98 cases of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The patients of control group were given conventional medical treatment,and the patients of observation group were given rehabilitation training on the basis of control group.After 12 weeks,the effect of two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The post-treatment Parkinson’s QoL rating score was higher.The difference was statistically significant(t=17.654,P<0.05).The limb motor function scale,Berg balance scale and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale scores were all higher than the control group(t=16.998,15.358,6.785,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The rehabilitation training of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease can improve cognitive function and motor function,and improve the life quality.
