“互联网+”多元综合延续护理应用于心脏机械瓣膜置换术居家康复患者的效果观察

Observation on effect of“internet plus”diversified comprehensive continuous nursing applied in home-based rehabilitation for patients after mechanical heart valve replacement

目的观察“互联网+”多元综合延续护理应用于心脏机械瓣膜置换术居家康复患者的效果。方法将患者按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组按出院常规定期进行电话随访以及康复指导;观察组在对照组基础上进行“互联网+”多元综合延续护理。干预1个月后,采用心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者自我管理行为问卷、华法林抗凝治疗依从性问卷及症状困扰问卷进行调查。结果干预后,观察组自我管理行为优于对照组,抗凝治疗依从性高于对照组,症状困扰得分低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脏机械瓣膜置换术居家康复患者进行“互联网+”多元综合延续护理,可有效提高患者自我管理能力、抗凝治疗依从性,减轻症状困扰。

Objective To observe the effect of“internet plus”diversified comprehensive continuous nursing applied in home-based rehabilitation for patients after mechanical heart valve replacement(MHVR).Method Divide patients into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)by random number table.Patients in control group receive routine regular telephone follow-up interview and rehabilitation guidance.Patients in observation group receive“internet plus”diversified comprehensive continuous nursing based on control group.Investigate patients by self-management behavior questionnaire for patients after MHVR,questionnaire on compliance with Warfarin anticoagulation therapy and symptom distress questionnaire one month after intervention.Result Patients in observation group have better self-management behavior,higher compliance with Warfarin anticoagulation therapy and lower score on symptom distress than patients in control group after intervention,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet plus”diversified comprehensive continuous nursing applied in home-based rehabilitation for patients after MHVR can improve patients’self-management ability and compliance with Warfarin anticoagulation therapy and reduce their symptom distress.
