随着生活水平的提高,人民对饮食卫生越来越重视,包括对餐具的卫生。餐具的使用和放置不合理都会使得人们在饮食用餐中交叉感染细菌或者病毒。其中在学校食堂和餐饮店,经常可以看到筷子的大头和小头并不是朝着一个方向,导致在取筷子的时候,用餐的筷子小头被污染,影响健康饮食。导致筷子朝向不一致的原因是筷子多,食堂工作人员无法筛选且工作量大,就干脆不进行筛选。为解决上述问题,将研发一种结构简单、成本低廉、便于操作的筷子朝向分选装置,为健康饮食保驾护航。

With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to food hygiene,including the hygiene of tableware.The unreasonable use and placement of tableware will make people cross-infected with bacteria or viruses in food and beverage.Among them,in school cafeterias and restaurants,it is often seen that the large and small ends of chopsticks are not facing the same direction,resulting in the contamination of the small ends of the chopsticks when taking out the chopsticks,which affects healthy eating.The reason for the inconsistent orientation of the chopsticks is that there are too many chopsticks,and the canteen staff cannot screen and the workload is heavy,so they simply do not screen.In order to solve the above problems,this paper will develop a chopstick orientation sorting device with a simple structure,low cost and easy operation,so as to escort healthy eating.
