数字经济背景下东北亚区域国家跨境电商贸易创新发展策略研究

Research on Innovative Development Strategy of Cross-border E-commerce Trade in Northeast Asian Countries under the Background of Digital Economy

无论是从疫情下对外贸易发展服务国家总体利益的角度,还是从数字科技发展的角度来看,数字经济推动对外贸易创新发展既具有可能性,又具有必然性。东北亚区域国家间跨境电商贸易互补性强,具有发展跨境电商贸易的区域优势和产业优势。以东北亚区域的中日韩俄四国跨境电商贸易发展作为研究对象,从跨境电商平台创新、供应链创新和贸易结构创新方面提出利用数字经济加快东北亚区域国家跨境电商贸易创新发展的策略,提升东北亚区域经济一体化发展的活力。

Whether from the perspective of foreign trade development serving the overall interests of the country under the pandemic or from the perspective of digital technology development, it is both possible and inevitable for the digital economy to promote the innovative development of foreign trade. The cross-border e-commerce trade among countries in Northeast Asia is highly complementary, with regional and industrial advantages in developing cross-border e-commerce trade. Taking the cross-border e-commerce trade development of China, Japan, South Korea and Russia in Northeast Asia as the research object, this paper puts forward strategies to accelerate the innovative development of cross-border e-commerce trade in Northeast Asian countries through digital economy from the aspects of cross-border e-commerce platform innovation, supply chain innovation and trade structure innovation, so as to enhance the vitality of regional economic integration in Northeast Asia.
