摘要
比较了100%静电一站喷涂工艺与传统两站喷涂工艺在汽车珠光漆喷涂中应用的优缺点。从材料与工艺实践两方面,考察了100%静电一站喷涂工艺中水性珠光漆配方、施工厚度及喷涂参数对漆膜品质的影响。结果表明,提高水性漆的固体分与流变性,控制珠光漆的厚度在11~13μm范围内,同时保证中涂的色差稳定性,使旋杯转速、成形空气量和出漆量分别为48~50 kr/min、250~280 L/min(标准状态)和350~400 mL/min,则喷涂效果好,节约了水性漆使用量与设备投入。
The advantages and disadvantage of 100%electrostatic one-stop spraying process and conventional two-station process for application of pearl paint in automobile manufacturing were compared.The effects of water-based pearl paint composition,film thickness,and spraying parameters on film quality were analyzed in terms of the process of 100%electrostatic one-stop spraying and the materials used therein.The results showed that the film quality was good and the paint consumption and equipment investment could be reduced by improving the solid content and rheological property of water-based paint,controlling the film thickness in the range of 11μm to 13μm,stabilizing the color difference of midcoat,setting the bell rotating speed within 48-50 kr/min,the shaping air flow rate within 250-280 L/min(standard air conditions),and the paint feeding rate within 350-400 mL/min.
