碳钢表面激光除漆的正交试验优化 被引量:1

摘要 为解决家用仪器外壳表面油漆去除困难的问题,采用脉冲激光对涂有氨基油漆的碳钢板进行除漆。基于正交极差分析法,研究了激光扫描速率、脉冲频率、激光功率、脉冲宽度及扫描间距对除漆效果的影响。根据表面形貌和三维轮廓分析,确定了较优的激光除漆工艺参数为:激光扫描速率200 mm/s,激光频率250 kHz,激光功率90 W,脉冲宽度0.2μs,扫描间距0.04 mm。对激光除漆影响最为显著的参数是扫描间距,其次是扫描速率,影响最小的是脉冲宽度。除漆后的试样表面光滑,形貌维持原状,表面粗糙度最低为1.325μm。 In order to solve the difficulty in paint removal on the surface of household instrument shell,the removal of amino paint from carbon steel plate by pulsed laser was studied.Based on the orthogonal range analysis method,the effects of scanning rate,pulse frequency,laser power,pulse width,and scan spacing on paint removal effectiveness were examined.According to the surface morphology and three-dimensional profile analysis,the optimal process parameters were determined as follows:scanning rate 200 mm/s,pulse frequency 250 kHz,laser power 90 W,pulse width 0.2μs,and scanning spacing 0.04 mm.The most significant parameter affecting the laser paint removal is the scan spacing,followed by the scanning rate,and the one having the least effect is pulse width.After the removal of paint,the surface of the sample was smooth,with a similar morphology to its original state and the minimum roughness of 1.325μm.
