摘要
综述了堆焊、热喷焊、热喷涂、激光表面改性等技术在球墨铸铁热轧辊修复过程中应用的优缺点及研究进展,对表面强化技术未来的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。
The advantages,disadvantages,and research progress of surfacing welding technology,thermal spray welding technology,thermal spraying technology,and laser surface modification in the repair of ductile iron hot rollers were reviewed.The future development trends of these surface strengthening technologies were analyzed and proposed.
