深圳某地区3~7岁儿童血清白蛋白参考范围的建立

Establishment of the Reference Range of Serum Albumin for Children Aged 3-7 years in a Certain Area of Shen⁃zhen

目的:建立深圳罗湖地区3~7岁儿童血清白蛋白(ALB)参考范围。方法:选取深圳市罗湖地区1792例健康儿童作为研究对象,按性别年龄分为男3~5岁组、6~7岁组,女3~5岁组、6~7岁组,采集2~3 mL静脉血以免疫比浊法测血清白蛋白(ALB)依照美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP-28-A3C文件的相关要求,按照95%的可信区间统计方法确定ALB的参考范围。结果:男童两个年龄组ALB参考范围分别为(37.2~48.6)g/L、(37.9~49.3)g/L,年龄组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女童两年龄组间ALB参考范围(38.4~49.6)g/L。两年龄组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),合并为一组;在同年龄组不同性别间ALB结果比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.107、2.499,P<0.05)。新建立的参考范围与试剂厂家提供的参考范围有差别。结论:各实验室应建立适合本实验室本地区人群的ALB参考范围。

Objective:To establish the reference range of serum albumin(ALB)for children aged 3-7 years in Luohu area of Shenzhen.Methods:A total of 1792 healthy children in Luohu area of Shenzhen were selected as the research objects and divid⁃ed into male 3-5 years old,6-7 years old group,female 3-5 years old and 6-7 years old group according to gender and age.2-3 mL of venous blood was collected to measure serum albumin(ALB)by immunoturbidimetry.In accordance with the relevant re⁃quirements of the American Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)EP-28-A3C document,the reference range of ALB was determined with a 95%confidence interval statistical method.Results:The reference ranges of ALB in the two age groups of boys were(37.2-48.6)g/L and(37.9-49.3)g/L respectively,and the difference was statistically significant between the age groups(P<0.05).The reference range of ALB in girls between the two age groups was(38.4-49.6)g/L,and there was no statistically sig⁃nificant difference between the two age groups(P>0.05),and they were combined into one group.There was statistically signifi⁃cant difference in ALB results between different genders in the same age group(t=-4.107,2.499,P<0.05).The newly established reference range is different from the reference range provided by the reagent manufacturer.Conclusion:Each laboratory should es⁃tablish an ALB reference range suitable for the population in the laboratory’s region.
