Influence of Multidisciplinary Team Non-vomiting Ward Management Model on Knowledge,Belief,and Behavior of Oncology Medical Staff in Managing Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting

目的:探讨多学科协作(multidisciplinary team,MDT)无呕病房管理模式对肿瘤科医护人员管理化疗所致恶心呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV)知识、态度、行为的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法,结合皖南医学院第一附属医院弋矶山医院创建无呕病房的过程,对无呕病房实施前后肿瘤科医护人员实施“管理CINV的知识、态度、行为”调查。结果:实施MDT无呕病房管理模式后,医护人员CINV相关知识评分为(14.43±2.02)分,态度评分为(34.49±9.12)分,行为评分为(19.25±3.16)分,高于对照组的(14.43±2.02)分、(34.49±9.12)分、(19.25±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.9122,2.1587,4.3634,P<0.05)。结论:MDT无呕病房管理模式能有效提高医护人员管理CINV相关的知识、态度、行为。

Objective:To explore the influence of multidisciplinary team(MDT)non-vomiting ward management model on the knowledge,attitude and behavior of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)among medical oncology medical staff.Methods:Using the questionnaire survey method,combined with the hospital’s process of creating a non-vomiting ward,the medical staff in the oncology department before and after the implementation of the non-vomiting ward conducted a survey on“knowledge,attitude and behavior of CINV management”.Results:After implementing the MDT non-vomiting ward management model,the CINV-related knowledge score of medical staff was(14.43±2.02)points,the attitude score was(34.49±9.12)points,and the behavior score was(19.25±3.16)points,higher than those of the control group(14.43±2.02)points,(34.49±9.12)points,and(19.25±3.16)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.9122,2.1587,4.3634,P<0.05).Conclusion:The MDT non-vomiting ward management model can effectively improve the knowledge,attitude and behavior of medical staff in managing CINV.
