护理质量层级管理模式对消化内镜消毒合格率和护理管理质量的影响

Influence of Nursing Quality Hierarchical Management Mode on the Pass Rate of Digestive Endoscope Disinfection and Nursing Management Quality

目的:分析护理质量层级管理模式对消化内镜消毒合格率和护理管理质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月―2021年3月郑州人民医院收治的600例患者的临床资料,将2020年3―9月收治的310例患者作为研究组,采用护理质量层级管理模式;将2020年10月―2021年3月收治的290例患者作为对照组,采用传统护理管理模式。对比两组患者消化内镜消毒合格率(胃镜内腔、肠镜内腔、胃镜水槽、肠镜水槽、胃镜消毒液、肠镜消毒液合格率)、护理质量评分(常规护理质量、环境管理、仪器管理)以及护理风险事件发生率和护理纠纷发生率。结果:研究组胃镜内腔合格率为100.00%(310/310)、肠镜内腔合格率为99.03%(307/310)、胃镜水槽合格率为100.00%(310/310)、肠镜水槽合格率为98.39%(305/310)、胃镜消毒液合格率为100.00%(310/310)、肠镜消毒液合格率为100.00%(310/310),高于对照组的90.34%(262/290)、88.28%(256/290)、91.03%(264/290)、85.17%(247/290)、90.00%(261/290)、89.31%(259/290),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=31.344、29.910、29.004、35.491、32.520、34.885,P<0.05)。研究组常规护理质量评分为(96.23±3.26)分、环境管理评分为(95.89±3.17)分、仪器管理评分为(97.15±3.48)分,高于对照组的(85.41±1.38)分、(87.75±1.46)分、(83.37±1.29)分,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=52.305、39.943、63.381,P<0.05)。研究组护理风险事件发生率为1.61%(5/310)、护理纠纷发生率为0.65%(2/310),低于对照组的7.59%(22/290)、5.86%(17/290),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.419、13.277,P<0.05)。结论:护理质量层级管理模式能够提高消化内镜消毒合格率,提升护理质量,降低护理风险事件及纠纷事件发生率。

Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing quality hierarchical management mode on the qualified rate and quality of nursing management.Methods:The clinical data of 600 patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The 310 patients admitted from March to September 2020 were selected as the research group,and the nursing quality hierarchical management model was adopted.290 patients admitted from October 2020 to March 2021 were used as the control group,and the traditional nursing management model was adopted.The qualified rate of digestive endoscope disinfec⁃tion(gastroscope lumen,colonoscope lumen,gastroscope water tank,colonoscope water tank,gastroscope disinfectant,colonoscope disinfectant qualified rate),nursing quality scores(routine nursing quality,environmental management,instrument management)and the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the qualified rate of gastroscope lumen was 100.00%(310/310),the qualified rate of colonoscopy lumen was 99.03%(307/310),the qualified rate of gastroscope water tank was 100.00%(310/310),the pass rate of colonoscopy water tank was 98.39%(305/310),the pass rate of gastroscope disinfectant was 100.00%(310/310),and the pass rate of colonoscopy disinfectant was 100.00%(310/310),higher than 90.34%(262/290),88.28%(256/290),91.03%(264/290),85.17%(247/290),90.00%(261/290),89.31%(259/290)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=31.344,29.910,29.004,35.491,32.520,34.885,P<0.05).The score of quality of routine nursing in the study group was(96.23±3.26)points,the score of environmental management was(95.89±3.17)points,and the score of instrument management was(97.15±3.48)points,higher than(85.41±1.38)points,(87.75±1.46)points,and(83.37±1.29)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=52.305,39.943,63.381,P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was 1.61%(5/310),and the incidence of nursing disputes was 0.65%(2/310),lower than 7.59%(22/290)and 5.86%(17/290)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.419,13.277,P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing quality hierarchical management model can improve the pass rate of digestive endoscope disinfection,improve the quality of nursing,and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and disputes.
