运动发育推拿法联合针灸对小儿脑瘫康复的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Motor Development Massage Combined with Acupuncture on the Rehabilitation of Chil⁃dren with Cerebral Palsy

目的:探究运动发育推拿法联合针灸对小儿脑瘫康复的应用效果。方法:选择周口市妇幼保健院2018年9月—2020年9月收治的88例脑瘫患儿,按随机数表法将所有患儿分为两组,每组各44例。对照组采用针灸治疗法,观察组加用运动发育推拿法治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患儿中医证候疗效、中医证候积分、发育情况、并发症。结果:观察组中医症候总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的63.64%差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.689,P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前中医症候积分、粗大运动功能(GMFM-66)评分、智力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.436;t=0.174,0.350,P>0.05)。观察组治疗后中医症候积分[(5.54±3.24)分]低于对照组[(9.21±3.11)分],GMFM-66评分[(46.54±10.24)分]、智力评分[(70.37±10.86)分]高于对照组[(42.21±10.11)分、(61.85±8.54)分],差异有统计学意义(t=1.996,4.091,P<0.05)。与对照组并发症发生率(18.18%)相比,观察组(4.55%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05)。结论:运动发育推拿法联合针灸治疗脑瘫患儿效果显著,能有效提高肢体运动能力,使患儿智力得到提升,还可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of motor development massage combined with acupuncture on the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 88 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected,and all the children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was addi⁃tionally treated with motor development massage.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,TCM syn⁃drome scores,developmental conditions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 63.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.689,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom score,gross mo⁃tor function(GMFM-66)score and intelligence score between the two groups before treatment(χ^(2)=0.436,t=0.174,0.350,P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group([5.54±3.24]points)was lower than that of the control group([9.21±3.11]points),GMFM-66 score([46.54±10.24]points)and intelligence score([70.37±10.86]points)were higher than those of the control group([42.21±10.11]points,[61.85±8.54]points),the difference was statistically significant(t=1.996,4.091,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.55%)was lower than that in the control group(18.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05).Conclusion:Motor developmental massage combined with acupuncture has a significant effect in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,which can effectively improve the ability of limbs,improve the intelligence of children,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
