思维导图辅助微信平台对女性压力性尿失禁患者尿流动力学检查质量及配合度的影响

Effect of Mind Map Assisted WeChat Platform on the Quality and Cooperation of Urodynamic Examination in Female Stress Urinary Incontinence Patients

目的:探讨思维导图辅助微信平台对女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者尿流动力学检查质量及配合度的影响。方法:选取2018年11月—2020年5月郑州大学第一附属医院泌尿外科收治的84例行尿流动力学检查的轻中度SUI女性患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(39例)。对照组予以常规干预模式,观察组实施思维导图辅助微信平台下的健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后尿流动力学指标、尿流动力学检查配合率、准确度、患者满意度情况及疗效。结果:观察组膀胱残余尿量(PVR)及最大尿流速(Qmax)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.281,5.903,P<0.05)。观察组患者检查配合率、准确度、患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.471,8.209,10.538,P<0.05)。观察组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.378,P<0.05)。结论:思维导图辅助微信平台干预模式应用于女性压力性尿失禁患者中,可显著改善患者尿流动力学指标,提升患者检查配合率、准确度、患者满意度,有效提高疗效。

Objective:To explore the effect of mind map-assisted WeChat platform on the quality and cooperation of urodynamic examination in female patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:A total of 84 female patients with mild to moderate SUI who underwent urodynamic examination in the hospital from November 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(39 cases).The control group was given the conventional intervention mode,and the observation group was given mind map-assisted health education under the WeChat platform.The urodynamic indexes,urodynamic examination cooperation rate,accuracy,patient satisfaction and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The bladder residual urine volume(PVR)and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.281,5.903,P<0.05).The inspection cooperation rate,accuracy and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.471,8.209,10.538,P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.378,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind map-assisted WeChat platform intervention mode in female stress urinary incontinence patients can significantly improve the patients’urodynamic indicators,improve the patients’examination cooperation rate,accuracy,and patient satisfaction,and effectively improve the curative effect.
