紫金丹外敷联合气压治疗仪干预在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Zijindan External Application Combined with Air Pressure Therapy Instrument in the Intervention of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探讨紫金丹外敷联合气压治疗仪干预在股骨颈骨折(FNF)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月—2020年9月江西省中西医结合医院收治的82例FNF患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组予以气压治疗仪干预,观察组在气压治疗仪干预的基础上加用紫金丹外敷。比较两组患者干预前后髋关节功能[髋关节功能评分量表评(HHS)分]、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数评量量表评分)、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分]、生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分(WHOQOL-BREF)]及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组HHS量表中疼痛、关节活动度、关节功能、关节畸形各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.150、8.489、7.025、6.277,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组WHOQOL-BREF量表中生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域各维度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.745、5.893、6.173、6.124,P<0.05)。观察组随访半年期间并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.100,P=0.043)。结论:紫金丹外敷联合气压治疗仪干预可促进FNF患者髋关节功能恢复,改善日常生活活动能力,降低术后疼痛程度,提高日常生活质量,减少并发症的发生,促进机体康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Zijindan external application combined with pneumatic therapeutic instrument in patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods:A total of 82 FNF patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with air pressure therapeutic apparatus,while the observation group was given Zijindan external application on the basis of air pressure therapeutic apparatus intervention.The hip function(Harris hip score[HHS]),activities of daily living(Barthel index rating scale),degree of pain(visual analogue scale[VAS]),quality of life(WHO quality of life scale[WHOQOL-BREFJ])and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the pain,joint range of motion,joint function,and joint deformity scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.150,8.489,7.025,6.277,P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.037,10.957,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension in the WHOQOL-BREF scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in physiological domains,psychological domains,social domains,and environmental domains,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.745,5.893,6.173,6.124,P<0.05).The incidence of complications during the six-month follow-up period in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.100,P=0.043).Conclusion:The external application of Zijindan combined with the intervention of air pressure therapy instrument can promote the recovery of hip joint function in patients with FNF,improve the activities of daily living,reduce postoperative pain,improve the quality of daily life,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of the body.
