产教融合就是职业教育与相关产业的深度合作,是高职院校目前最行之有效的教育模式。产教融合实训基地建设是新时代高水平深化和推动职业教育产教融合的重要内容。通过对高职院校产教融合实训基地建设的现状和问题进行分析,结合职业院校与企业发展的实际情况,探讨产教融合实训基地建设的意义、目标和成果,并提出了具体的建设措施。

The integration of industry and education is the in-depth cooperation between vocational education and related industries,and is the most effective education mode for vocational colleges at present.The construction of the industry-education integration training base is an important part of deepening and promoting the integration of industry and education in vocational education at a high level in the new era.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the construction of industry-education integration training bases in higher vocational colleges,and combined with the actual situation of vocational colleges and enterprise development,the significance,objectives and achievements of the construction of industry-education integration training bases are discussed,and specific construction measures are proposed.
