高职院校学生干部队伍建设探究

Exploration on the Construction of Student Cadres in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,高职院校学生干部队伍建设成为学生工作的热点问题。针对高职院校学生的特点,应从给予积极关注,把握力量优势;紧跟时代步伐,增强服务意识;切入综合考量,严守初期选拔;利用评价杠杆,完善后期培养四个方面入手进行高职院校学生干部队伍建设。同时,为保证学生干部成为学生工作的力量之源,应针对他们存在的核心素质缺陷、不良工作作风以及心理状况偏差等问题进行纠偏与调适。

With the vigorous development of higher vocational education,the construction of student cadres in higher vocational colleges has become a hot issue in the student work of higher vocational colleges.In view of the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,the construction of student cadres in higher vocational colleges should be started from four aspects:giving positive attention and grasping strength advantages,keeping up with the pace of the times and enhancing service awareness,cutting into comprehensive consideration and strictly adhering to initial selection,using evaluation leverage and improving later training.At the same time,in order to ensure that student cadres become the source of strength in student work,necessary correction and adjustment should be made for their problems such as core quality defects,bad work style and psychological deviation.
