摘要
本文主要介绍了永磁同步驱动在密炼机主机驱动系统上的应用。分析了永磁同步电机与直流、交流变频电机的区别,以及不同结构高压变频器在驱动永磁同步电机方式上的差异。通过不同驱动方式之间的对比,阐述了永磁同步驱动系统的特性与优势,并就永磁同步驱动将会成为未来密炼机主机驱动的发展方向和趋势进行了探讨。
This paper mainly introduces the application of permanent magnet synchronous drive in the main engine drive system of internal mixer.The differences between permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and DC and AC variable frequency motor,as well as the differences of different high-voltage inverters in driving PMSM are analyzed.Through the comparison of different driving modes,the characteristics and advantages of the permanent magnet synchronous drive system are described,and the development direction and trend of the permanent magnet synchronous drive will become the main engine drive of the internal mixer in the future are discussed.
