童车内胎中多环芳烃含量的控制

摘要 对比了普通炭黑和环保炭黑的环保性能和胶料物性。结果表明,选取环保炭黑、环保生胶及其他环保材料后,同时保证在混炼和制作工序中保证环保胶料不被污染,内胎的环保性能前后能保持一致。通过调整环保胶料的配方,胶料的拉伸性能、流变性能和气密性不受影响。 The environmental protection properties and rubber properties of ordinary carbon black and environment-friendly carbon black were compared.The results showed that after selecting environment-friendly carbon black,environment-friendly raw rubber and other environment-friendly materials,it was ensured that environment-friendly rubber would not be polluted in the mixing and manufacturing processes,and the environmental performance of the inner tube could be consistent.By adjusting the formula of the environment-friendly compound,the tensile properties,rheological properties and air tightness of the compound were not affected.
