摘要
课题研究了不同并用量新型纳米碳材(SG3-G)替代N660炭黑对丁苯橡胶(SBR1502)/乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE)硫化胶的力学性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明,随SG3-G替代N660量的增加,SBR/POE混炼胶的门尼黏度基本保持不变,硫化胶的M_(H)-M_(L)略微降低,焦烧时间T_(10)略有增大,T_(90)基本不变;硬度稍有降低,扯断强度有所降低,小形变下的定伸应力基本不变,但大形变下有所下降,扯断永久变形增大;导热系数增大,传热性能有所改善。
This paper studied the effects of new nano carbon materials(SG3-G)with different blending levels on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR1502)/ethylene octene elastomer(POE)vulcanizates instead of N660 carbon black.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of SBR/POE compound remained unchanged,the M_(H)-M_(L) of vulcanizate slightly decreased,the scorch time T_(10) slightly increased,and the T_(90) basically remained unchanged with the increase of the amount of SG3-G replacing N660.The hardness decreases slightly,the tensile strength decreases,the constant tensile stress under small deformation is basically unchanged,but it decreases under large deformation,and the permanent tensile deformation increases;With the increase of thermal conductivity,the heat transfer performance is improved.
