浅谈轮胎厂设备维保

Disscusion of equipment maintenance in tire factory

轮胎厂设备众多,使用过程中总会有各种故障导致设备无法工作。排查解决设备故障是一项专业而复杂的工作,同时需维护保养设备以延长其寿命。维保工作就是负责这一职能。本文以本人的维保经历为基础,将维保分为四个阶段,并浅显的探讨了每各阶段的维保工作特点,及一些个人经验与思考。

There are many equipment in the tire factory,and there will always be various failures in the use process,which will cause the equipment to be unable to work.Troubleshooting is a professional and complex work,and equipment maintenance is required to extend its life.Maintenance is responsible for this part.Based on my maintenance experience,this paper divides maintenance into 4 stages,and briefly discusses the working characteristics of each stage,as well as some personal experience and thinking.
