摘要 针对轮胎滚动阻力特性评价的需求,运用LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台作为上位机软件开发工具,结合多种通讯方式搭建了一套数据采集控制系统。基于轮胎滚动阻力功率法测量方法构建了数据通讯的硬件结构,利用VISA函数实现对功率计测量数据的读取,采用高性能PCI板卡对负荷进行测量与调节,通过调用动态链接库的方式与Beckhoff PLC进行数据交换,实验结果验证了程序的可行性。 To meet the requirements of tire rolling resistance characteristic evaluation,a data acquisition and control system is built by using LabVIEW virtual instrument platform as the upper computer software development tool and combining various communication methods.Based on the tire rolling resistance power measurement method,the hardware structure of data communication is constructed.VISA function is used to read the measured data of the power meter.High performance PCI boards are used to measure and adjust the load.Data exchange with Beckhoff PLC is conducted by calling the dynamic link library.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the program.
