摘要
本文主要从解决再生胶生产线连续稳定运行中再生助剂供料设备的运行问题方面,讲述一种多功能供料设备的开发流程。主要从开发流程、方案设计、技术设计、产品验证的主要因素、关键要求、解决方法等方面讲述设备的研发过程。本设备的开发成功保证再生胶生产线脱硫再生效果、连续运行的稳定性,降低生产线能耗。
This paper mainly describes the development process of a multifunctional feeding equipment from the aspect of solving the operation problems of the feeding equipment for the regenerative additives in the continuous and stable operation of the recycled rubber production line.It mainly describes the equipment R&D process from the aspects of development process,scheme design,technical design,main factors of product verification,key requirements,solutions,etc.The successful development of this equipment can ensure the desulfurization regeneration effect and the stability of continuous operation for the reclaimed rubber production line,and reduce the energy consumption.
