乡村振兴背景下村落民俗文化的保护与发展研究——以巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗新忽热苏木莫仁嘎查为例

Research on the Protection and Development of Village Folk Culture Under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Take Xinhure Sumu Morengacha Zhongqi of Bayannur City as an Example

在乡村振兴背景下,村落民俗文化的保护和发展逐渐成为热门话题。乡村振兴要注重塑型和铸魂两个方面,而“文化”就是乡村振兴的魂。对此,该文分析了乡村振兴背景下传统村落文化保护发展面临的问题,并提出提高民俗文化人才待遇,增强当地村民民俗文化自信,优化传统村落的基础设施条件和设计整体连贯式旅游专线四项建议,希望能够为相关单位与人员提供参考。

In the context of rural revitalization,the protection and development of village folk culture has gradually become a hot topic.Rural vitalization should focus on shaping and casting soul,and“culture”is the soul of rural vitalization.Therefore,the problems faced by the protection and development of traditional village culture under the background of rural revitalization are analyzed,four suggestions are put forward,which are to improve the treatment of folk culture talents,enhance the confidence of local villagers in folk culture,optimize the infrastructure conditions of traditional villages and design an overall coherent tourism special line,hoping to provide reference for relevant units and personnel.
