为进一步开发利用罗勒种质资源,丰富福建省芳香植物生产品种,以15个国外引进的罗勒新品种为材料,观测了品种的物候期、植株主要性状和精油出油率。罗勒种子极细小,千粒重最重的品种为1.74 g,最轻的品种仅为0.35 g,出苗率最高为70.00%,最低仅为1.00%。开花期最长的品种达83 d。不同品种株高、花柱长和叶片大小差异显著,精油出油率为0.90‰~3.54‰。泉州地区的气候特点完全满足罗勒的生长需求,引进的罗勒品种在泉州地区表现出长势旺盛、营养生长及开花时间均较长,出油率较高的特点,是值得本地区推广的一种较具特色的芳香植物。

In order to further develop and utilize basil germplasm resources and enrich the production varieties of aromatic plants in Fujian Province,15 new basil varieties introduced from abroad were used as materials to observe the phenological period,main plant characters and measure essential oil yield.Basil seeds are extremely small and the heaviest thousand-grain weight was 1.74 g while the lightest variety was only 0.35 g.The highest seedling emergence rate was 70.00%while the lowest is only 1.00%.The longest flowering period was 83 days.The plant height,style length and leaf size of different varieties were significantly different,and the essential oil yield was 0.90‰-3.54‰.The climatic characteristics of Quanzhou area are fully in line with the growth needs of basil.The introduced basil varieties show strong growth vigor,long vegetative growth and flowering time,and high essential oil yield in Quanzhou area.It is a characteristic aromatic plant worthy of promotion in this area.
