摘要
轴承试验技术是多技术领域的综合和集成化应用,涵盖了试验机等硬件技术开发以及试验方法等理论研究。首先,对国内外轴承试验技术的发展和现状进行了阐述;然后,从模拟技术、驱动技术、加载技术、测控技术、试验方法等方面详细介绍了轴承试验技术,并指出模拟技术是试验研究的核心内容;最后,对轴承试验技术进行展望,认为轴承试验技术将更多地体现出高模拟度和精准化,试验设备也将向精、特、专方向发展,智能试验以及虚拟试验将是未来轴承试验研究领域的发展方向。
Test technology for bearings is a comprehensive and integrated application in many technical fields,covering the development of hardware technology such as tester and theoretical research such as test methods.Firstly,the development and current situation of the test technology at home and abroad are described.Then,the test technology is introduced in detail from such aspects as simulation technology,driving technology,loading technology,measurement and control technology,test methods and so on,and it is pointed out that simulation technology is the core content of test research.Finally,the test technology is prospected,believing that the test technology will more reflect high simulation and precision,test equipment developing towards precision,special and specialized direction,intelligent test and virtual test being the development direction of test research field for bearings in the future.
