由GCr15钢的化学成分设计看轴承钢的研发准则 被引量:3

摘要 高碳铬轴承钢GCr15是最为典型的轴承钢。通过对GCr15钢化学成分设计的解析,梳理撷取出其发明时所奠定的技术理念与基本准则——“使用性能、工艺性和经济性”。对于近一阶段新型轴承钢的研发,列举了国外遵循该准则的案例,指出了国内背离该准则的一些现象。重申强调,在轴承钢乃至新材料的研发中,必须铭记和秉承这一准则才是正确方向与根本之道。 High carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15 is the most typical bearing steel.Through analysis of chemical composition design of GCr15,the technical concepts and basic criteria laid in the invention of GCr15 are retrieveed and teased out,namely“usability,processability and economy”.For the research and development of new bearing steels in recent years,the examples in foreign countries that follow the criteria are listed,and some phenomena that deviate from the criteria in China are pointed out.To reiterate and emphasize,during research and development of bearing steels as well as new materials,it is the right direction and fundamental way to remember and uphold the criteria.
