Experimental study on the beneficiation of a refractory lead zinc ore from Inner Mongolia

摘要 内蒙古某铅锌矿石含铅2.01%、锌2.07%,铅、锌矿物以硫化物为主,根据矿石性质及条件试验,确定了抑锌浮铅的浮选工艺及参数。试验结果表明:采用选择性较好的新型捕收剂B09对锌矿物进行回收,在确定的最优条件下,闭路试验获得了铅品位60.38%、铅回收率86.10%的铅精矿,锌品位45.10%、锌回收率85.02%的锌精矿。 A lead zinc ore from Inner Mongolia contains 2.01 % lead and 2.07 % zinc.The lead and zinc mineral is dominated by sulfide.According to the ore property and condition test, the process of zinc inhibition and lead flotation is determined.The test results show that when the more selective new type collector B09 is used to recover zinc minerals and the under the decided optimial conditions, the closed-circuit test obtains the lead concentrate with lead grade 60.38 % and lead recovery rate 86.10 %,and the zinc concentrate with zinc grade 45.10 % and zinc recovery rate 85.02 %.
