建筑工程质量监督有效措施研究

Research on Effective Measures of Construction Quality Supervision

近年来,我国城市化水平大幅度提升,建筑行业也随之快速发展,人们的生活水平也不断提高,进而对现代建筑工程质量的要求同样也达到了一个新的高度,此外,建筑质量还是决定企业利润的关键因素,提高建筑工程质量可直接促进建筑工程行业的可持续关注,因此,受到了社会和企业的共同关注。而工程质量检测作为一项可有效提高建筑质量的手段更是获得了长足的发展。通过对施工材料、半成品及成品的合格性进行科学检测,及时发现存在的问题并加以解决,从而提高工程质量,达到缩短工期、提高利润的目的。但是,目前关于建筑质量检测管理的相关法律法规还较为匮乏、质量检测机制还不完善、检测管理人员水平参差不齐,制约了建筑质量检测行业的发展,本文对上述问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决措施,以期望能够促进工程质量检测行业的快速发展。

In recent years, the level of urbanization in China has been greatly improved, the construction industry has also developed rapidly, and people’sliving standardshave also been constantly improved, thusthe requirements for the quality of modern constructionprojects have also reached a new height. In addition, the construction quality is also the key factor determining the profits of enterprises. Improving the quality of construction projects can directly promote the sustainable attention of the construction industry. Therefore, it has attracted the common attention of society and enterprises. As an effective means to improve the construction quality, the engineering quality inspection has gained considerable development.Through scientific inspection on the qualification of construction materials, semi-finished products and finished products, the existing problems can be foundand solvedin time,so asto improvethe project quality,shortenthe constructionperiod and improvethe profits. However, atpresent, therelevant laws and regulations on the construction quality inspection management are still relatively lacking, the quality inspection mechanism is not perfect,and the level of inspection management personnel is uneven, which restricts the development of the construction quality inspection industry. This paper analyzes the above problems and puts forward corresponding solutions, hoping to promote the rapid development of the engineering quality inspection industry.
