甘肃省农业绿色发展水平评价及障碍因子分析

Evaluation of Agricultural Green Development Level and Obstacle Factor Analysis in Gansu Province

为了探析甘肃省农业绿色发展现状,基于熵值法、综合指数法及障碍因子诊断模型对2011—2019年甘肃省农业绿色发展水平及制约因素进行分析。结果表明,(1)2011—2019年,甘肃省农业绿色发展水平总体上呈现正向发展的良好态势。(2)资源利用及环境友好为制约农业绿色发展的主要因素,主要体现在农业塑料薄膜使用量、农药使用量、水土流失治理面积、农业机耕水平等方面。因此,提出建立农业绿色检测系统、加强农业科技投入、倡导绿色发展理念等一系列政策建议。

In order to explore the status quo of agricultural green development in Gansu Province, the level and restricting factors of agricultural green development in Gansu Province from 2011 to2019 were analyzed based on entropy method, comprehensive index method and obstacle factor diagnostic model. The results showed that,(1) from 2011 to 2019, the level of agricultural green development in Gansu Province showed a good trend of development.(2) Resource utilization and environmental friendliness were the main constraints, and the main obstacles were the amount of agricultural plastic film, pesticide use, soil erosion control area,agricultural machine tillage level, etc. Therefore, the policy suggestions of establishing agricultural green detection system,strengthening agricultural science and technology investment and advocating green development concept were put forward.
