黑龙江省火力发电企业二氧化碳排放核算及趋势浅析

Analysis of Carbon Dioxide Emission Accounting and Trend of Thermal Power Generation Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province

碳排放权交易制度是国际公认的能够减少温室气体排放的最有效的手段。中国一直以积极主动的态度开展温室气体减排工作,并努力推动碳交易市场的建设。2017年12月,中国发电企业正式进入全国碳排放权交易市场开展交易,这给国内发电企业带来机遇的同时也带来了挑战。本文分析了黑龙江省火力发电企业发展的必要性,对火力发电企业能源消耗种类和二氧化碳排放量进行核算和分析,探讨了发电企业二氧化碳排放的趋势和排放效率,并对提升发电企业二氧化碳排放效率和缓解发电企业压力提出了建议。

Carbon emission trading system is internationally recognized as the most effective means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. China has been taking a proactive attitude in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and working hard to promote the construction of a carbon trading market. In December 2017, Chinese power generation enterprises officially entered the national carbon emission trading market, which brings both opportunities and challenges to domestic power generation enterprises. This paper analyzes the necessity of development of thermal power enterprises in heilongjiang province,energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions of thermal power enterprises and the accounting and analysis, probes into the efficiency of power generation enterprise trend of carbon dioxide emissions and emissions, and to improve the efficiency of power generation enterprise carbon emissions and alleviate the pressure of the power generation enterprises are proposed.
