基于竹炭/聚酯复合纤维增强聚氯乙烯复合管的研发 被引量:3

Development of PVC Composite Pipe Based on Bamboo Charcoal/Polyester Composite Fiber Reinforcement

摘要 以聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为原料,对PVC材料进行改性,制备竹炭/聚酯复合纤维增强PVC软管,对纤维增强PVC软管的力学性能、耐高温老化性和耐疲劳性进行探究。结果表明:改性PVC树脂具有较好的力学性能,其拉伸强度为17.63 MPa,断裂伸长率高达336.22%。同时改性PVC树脂具有优异的耐热老化性能。与纯PVC材料相比,经竹炭/聚酯复合纤维增强的PVC软管具有较好的力学性能,且本产品的各项性能在耐疲劳测试中均满足国家标准。 Bamboo charcoal/polyester composite fiber reinforced PVC hose was prepared by modifying PVC material with PVC resin as raw material.The mechanical properties,high temperature aging resistance and fatigue resistance of fiber reinforced PVC hose were investigated.The results show that the modified PVC resin had good mechanical properties,the tensile strength is 17.63 MPa,and the elongation at break is as high as 336.22%.At the same time,the modified PVC resin has excellent heat aging resistance.Compared with pure PVC material,the PVC hose reinforced by bamboo charcoal/polyester composite fiber has better mechanical properties,and the properties of the product meet the national standards in fatigue resistance test.
