排水45°斜三通注塑模具设计与模拟 被引量:3

Design and Simulation of 45° Inclined Tee Injection Mold

摘要 PVC排水45°斜三通注塑模具的结构复杂,模具强度难以满足应用需求,存在冷却困难的难题。采用一模两腔、多点进胶的模具方案,设计随形冷却水路以及抽芯机构。结果表明:通过Moldflow软件对斜三通成型过程进行模流分析,获得合理的注塑成型工艺参数,即充填时间为14.84 s,冷却水温度为10℃,锁模力不小于200.4 t。通过ANSYS Workbench静力分析该模具的受力情况,模具强度满足应用要求。设计的模具能够连续完成注射、抽芯、顶出等动作,模具结构合理、可靠。 PVC drainage 45° inclined tee injection mold structure is complex,mold strength is difficult to meet the application requirements,there is a difficult problem of cooling.The mold scheme of one mold two cavities and multipoint glue feeding is adopted to design the conformal cooling water path and the core pulling mechanism.The results show that the Moldflow software is used to analyze the oblique three-way molding process,and the reasonable injection molding process parameters are obtained,that is,the filling time is 14.84 s,the cooling water temperature is 10 ℃,and the clamping force is not less than 200.4 t.Through ANSYS Workbench static analysis of the force of the mold,the mold strength meets the application requirements.The designed mold can continuously complete injection,core pulling,ejecting and other actions.The mold structure is reasonable and reliable.
