摘要
以地铁车辆架大修期更换空调压缩机为切入点,从压缩机的设计寿命、结构原理、检测检查、运用故障分析、故障模式及影响分析等角度,探讨了在大修期更换车辆空调压缩机的合理性。研究结果表明:在车辆大修期更换的空调压缩机仍能满足使用要求,其更换周期延长至15年更为合理。这样既能保证车辆的运营可靠性,也能降低车辆全寿命周期成本。
Taking the replacement of air-conditioning compressor during metro vehicle frame overhaul as the cut-in point,from the perspectives including compressor design life,structure principle,test and examination,application failure analysis,failure mode and impact analysis,the rationality of replacing vehicle air-conditioning compressor in overhaul period is discussed.Research results show that the air-conditioning compressors replaced in the period of vehicle overhaul can still meet the service requirements,so the replacement period is more reasonable to be extended to 15 years,which can both ensure the reliability of vehicle operation,and reduce the vehicle full life cycle cost.
