摘要 文章以教育部提出的构建“人工智能+X”复合特色专业为背景,以吉林农业科技学院电气工程及其自动化专业为例构建“人工智能+电气工程”复合特色专业人才培养体系,分别从“人工智能+电气工程”专业的人才培养目标、CDIO理念的校企合作教学模式、“人工智能+电气专业”领域应用型师资队伍、“人工智能+电气专业”领域应用型课程体系、如何提升学生应用能力及保障与考核评价机制几方面进行了人才培养体系构建的研究,以达到培养适应社会发展需求的应用型复合型人才。 The article is mainly based on the construction of the “artificial intelligence+X” composite specialty proposed by the Ministry of Education, Taking Electrical Engineering and Automation of Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example to build an “artificial intelligence+electrical engineering” compound professional talent training system. From the talent training goals of “artificial intelligence+electrical engineering”, the school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode of CDIO concept, the application-oriented teaching staff in the field of “artificial intelligence+electrical specialty”, the application-oriented curriculum system in the field of “artificial intelligence+electrical major”, how to improve students’ application ability and the guarantee and evaluation mechanism have carried out research on the construction of the talent training system, in order to achieve cultivate application-oriented compound talents that meet the needs of social development.
