超数排卵期间透明质酸对和牛体内GH、IGF-I浓度的影响

摘要 为研究超排期间透明质酸(HA)对和牛体内GH、IGF-I浓度的影响,将40头供体牛群随机分为FSH组和FSH-SRF组,每组20头。FSH组供体采用常规超排处理方法(1 d 2次,连续4 d,逐日递减注射FSH);FSH-SRF组供体采用缓释剂超排处理方法(间隔48 h,2次注射FSH-SRF)。HA缓释剂浓度为10.0 mg/mL,FSH总剂量160.0 mg。分别在超排处理的第0天、第5天、第7天、第9天和第16天采集供体血液,统计胚胎生产情况和检测血液GH、IGF-I浓度。结果表明,超排后FSH组和FSH-SRF组供体牛的平均黄体数、可用胚数、退化胚数和未受精卵数均差异不显著(P>0.05);超排处理第0天、第5天和第16天FSH组和FSH-SRF组供体体内GH、IGF-I浓度差异均不显著(P>0.05);超排处理第7天和第9天时FSH-SRF组供体体内GH、IGF-I浓度均显著高于FSH组(P<0.05)。综上所述,10.0 mg/mL HA处理不仅能简化和牛超排程序,而且还能维持超排期间供体GH、IGF-I浓度,提高和牛超排效率。 The objective of this study was to investigate effect of hyaluronan(HA)on concentrations of GH,IGF-I in Wagyu beefs during superovulation.Donors were randomly assigned to two treatment groups and to be superstimulated.A total dose of 160.0 mg FSH was divided into twice-daily IM over 4 days in the FSH group(n=20),or two IM treatment 48 h apart(120.0 mg on first day and 40.0 mg 48 h later)in the FSH-SRF group(n=20).Blood samples were analysed for concentrations of GH,IGF-I on the treatment day of 0,5,7,9 and 16.The results showed that mean numbers of corpus luteum(CL)(9.4 vs 9.9),mean numbers of transferable embryos(3.8 vs 4.0),degenerated embryos(1.3 vs 1.5),unfertilized oocytes(0.5 vs 0.5)were not different between two groups(P>0.05).Concentration of GH,IGF-I on the treatment day of 0,5 and 16 were not different between two groups(P>0.05),and concentration of GH,IGF-I in FSH-SRF group were significantly higher than that in FSH group on the treatment day of 7 and 9(P<0.05).In summary,10.0 mg/mL HA can simplify protocols of superovulation and maintain concentration of GH,IGF-I during superovulation in donors.
