某铁路站房异形屋盖钢结构施工关键技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 某铁路站房屋盖钢结构为双曲悬挑双向交叉浪花状空间管桁架形式,安装精度要求高,节点错综复杂,施工难度大。对该结构施工过程中遇到的重、难点进行了介绍,详细分析了浪花状屋盖钢结构的施工关键技术,针对浪花状屋盖独特的造型特点及施工条件,提出了“整体卧式拼装,双机空中转体”的施工技术,并利用有限元动态仿真模拟技术分析了浪尖结构高空转体过程中的变形和受力情况,结合仿真分析数据对双机抬吊过程进行关键点位的监测,在确保施工安全和质量满足规范要求的前提下,实现了屋盖钢结构的高效率、高精度建造,为同类屋盖钢结构的施工提供一定的参考。 The steel roof structure of a train station is composed of a hyperbolic cantilevered wavelike two-way cross space pipe truss,which has the characteristic of irregular hyperbolic form,the need for high accuracy,the complexity of the joints and the extreme difficulty of assembly. This paper introduces the important and difficult points encountered in the construction process of the structure,and analyses in detail the key construction technology of the wavelike truss roof. Based on the unique modelling characteristics and site construction conditions of the wavelike roof,the construction technology of "integral horizontal assembly,double crane turning in the air" is proposed,and the deformation and stress of the wave tip structure in the process of high-altitude rotation are analyzed by using the finite element dynamic simulation technology.In conjunction with simulation analysis data,the critical points of the double crane lifting operation are monitored. On the basis of assuring the safety and quality of the construction,the high-efficiency and high-precision construction of steel roof structure is achieved,providing a reference for the construction of similar steel roof structures.
