Research on the Path of Low-carbon Transformation of Power Generation Enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta Region under the“Double Carbon”Goal

通过分析长三角地区发电企业生产、经营、管理三方面的现状与转型实践,总结出了长三角地区发电企业转型过程中遇到的生产、经营、管理问题,并提出了创新电力生产技术、加强应对经营风险的能力、改革企业管理体制、政府政策支持的建议。

By analyzing the current situation and transformation practice of production,operation and management of power generation enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper summarized the production,operation and management problems encountered in the transformation of power generation enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.Besides,it gave some suggestions for innovating power production technology,strengthening the ability to deal with operational risks,reforming the enterprise management system and government policy support.
