摘要
选取2010—2020年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,实证分析客户集中度对企业经营绩效的影响,以及资产专用性在客户集中度与企业经营绩效两者之间的调节作用。研究发现:客户集中度会对企业的经营绩效产生负面影响,资产专用性可以发挥调节作用,削弱该负面影响。与民营企业相比,国有企业的专用性资产发挥的正向调节效果更为明显。
This paper selects China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020 as the research sample to empirically analyze the impact of customer concentration on enterprise business performance and the regulatory role of asset specificity between customer concentration and enterprise business performance.It is found that customer concentration will have a negative impact on the business performance of enterprises,and asset specificity can play a regulatory role and weaken the negative impact.Compared with private enterprises,the special assets of state-owned enterprises play a more obvious positive regulatory role.The research of this paper has important enlightenment for enterprises to strengthen customer management and improve the utilization ability of special assets.
