黄河冲击平原粉质路床改善土“五机联动”施工技术研究

摘要 山东某路基项目处于黄河冲击平原区,设计大多为6~10 m的高填方路基,加之桥梁、涵洞穿插其间,填方区域长期耕种农作物,使得地基多为软土处理区域,施工组织及质量控制难度大。论文以此为例,综合上述特点,决定使用路床改善土“五机联动”施工技术,并对其技术要点及施工注意事项进行了探讨,使项目达到施工进度及质量要求。 A subgrade project in Shandong Province is located in the Yellow River Impact Plain area, and most of the design is high-fill roadbed with 6~10 m. In addition, Bridges and culverts are inserted into the fill area, and crops are cultivated in the fill area for a long time,making the foundation mostly soft soil treatment area, which is difficult to organize construction and quality control. Taking this as an example, based on the above characteristics, the project decided to use the road bed improvement soil “five machine linkage”construction technology, and discussed the technical key points and construction matters needing attention, in order to meet the quality requirements and construction schedule requirements.
